design
We prepare and develop designs, based on a number of criteria, such as our clients' wants and spatial needs, climate, the opportunities set out in the legislation, codes and standards affecting the type and location of the project.

documentation
In this stage we prepare and coordinate with the consultants, all the drawings, specifications and schedules required for planning and building approval as well as for the pricing and construction of the intended structure.

delivery
We advise on contractor selection by tendering or negotiation, once selected we provide administration of the contract including periodic inspections on site & conducting reviews to determine if the work conforms to the approved design.
