Description:
We developed a proposal for a multi-unit vacation property for long-stay visitors and digital nomads. Located on a narrow lot in Coral Springs, just south of Falmouth, the neighbourhood consisted mostly of single-family residences, and the aim of building massing was to find balance with the scale of the community. Consisting of two distinct, but similar blocks of apartments and townhouses, it wraps around a shared amenity space including a swimming pool.
